Does chocolate boil in the oven?

I am baking a pie, and I want to use a chocolate filling... The mixture is done over stove top and then mixed with cream and a few other ingredients to thicken it. If i allowed this to cool for a bit, then added it to my pie as part of a filling, when it goes into the oven to bake, will the chocolate mixture boil? (Bear in mind that the pie needs to go into the oven to cook the other parts of the filling.)
