Long Distance Relationship Trouble?
Hello Yahoo Answerers, I'm 16 years old, my long distant girlfriend is also 16. We've been dating for about 2 months. We text, we skype, we talk on the phone. She told me she was going to go on a 4 week trip, but didn't tell me when, but that isn't important quite yet. So, we've both been happy, I was even getting close to telling her I love her- Which she already told me she did. We live to far away for me to drive to her. BUT, we have been VERY happy with each other. So heres the problem, she just cut me out cold. Stopped answering my text, didn't pick up my calls. NOTHING. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I assumed she was busy the first few days. Then I sent her a message asking if she was alright. NADA. If her phone broke she could facebook me. If she was on a trip and wanted to be with the family, she could simply text me "I'm on my trip, text you when i get back" takes 20 seconds. I don't know if she is vacationing, if shes hurt, if her phone broke. Nothing. I'm worried she met someone else (I'm not a clingy paranoid freak). So its pretty simple up to this point. She stopped communicating for 2 weeks. But of course the plot thickens? This girl I liked before this relationship told me how much she liked me. I've liked this girl for around 4 years. I forgot about her when I got into this relationship though. I'm only 16, and long distant relationships are hard. Should I just be with the girl that I can ACTUALLY be with? I still like the girl I'm with now, but I feel the longer I wait, the longer the girl I can physically be with will think I'm not interested and move on. I DO really like her, but I'm not a cheater. So to simplify a little, Girlfriend cuts me out for 2 weeks (and counting) the girl I liked for 4 weeks wants to be with me, time is running short, I think my girlfriend is cheating on me, I'm 16. So.... Long distant OR be with a girl I can actually be with?
