Sure you can, but don't add any extra sugar to it. You can add a little vanilla very gently if you like, but Cool Whip already has some vanilla flavoring in it, so I would maybe only add half the vanilaa the recipe calls for.

What can I do now that I've realized I will always loathe myself (even if I were to pursure therapy)?

I will advise a different type of therapy. I have worked with and helped clients with very similar thoughts and feelings. And I don't believe in coddling. All that does is make matters worse. The therapy I would advise is Hypnotherapy. A good Hypnotherapist would be able to work with you to find where the feelings come from and why. Then they would help you change them for yourself. No one can do it for you so don't misunderstand what I am saying. A good Hypnotherapist can help you help yourself. Most Therapist will feed you the same BS you have already mentioned. If you want to have a chance at a happy life, seek a good Hypnotherapist and make your life happy. You can't change the past or what has already happened to you but you can change what happens from now on. Good luck and I hope you get help for this and make your life happy.

I would go with the first one if you can't use real whipped cream in the second one. Cool Whip will not be near as good and gives it a totally different flavor, so why go through all the effort?

Can this pie be saved?

I made a rhubarb pie yesterday, and I thought it had been baked enough (I left it in the oven 15 minutes longer than the recipe said to). I thought that the filling had thickened well enough, so I took it out and left it to cool overnight. In the morning I realized that it was still pretty liquid inside. I ate a piece anyway (it was very good) and put the rest in the fridge. Would it help at all to put it back in the oven, a day later, or is it too late? It tastes great, just a little soupy inside.

Only running 2 swamps so you can play Angel of Despair seems like a bad idea, I would suggest running 4 swamps. Mimic Vat would be a good addition here just for Angel of Despair. I would consider using the new angel card from M12, Angelic Destiny. You should run Soneforge Mystic and the Swords (Feast and Famine, Light and Shadow, Fire and Ice, Mind and Body, War and Peace) just to give you more protection for your angels and more power.

Do not buy sweets or anything unhealthy anymore, I know this will be extremely difficult for you and your family but your son is too young to control his cravings yet. Since he does not understand the bad things about being obese he must be taught. The entire family will have to work at this diet and exercise thing with him. This is dire to his health. I understand that he is your baby boy but he needs to gain control of his weight and early in life. It's a pretty good deck. I would recommend switching Mystic Plasma Zone for...I can't remember the name but it stops your opponent from using spell cards as long as you have a spellcaster on the field. Also, you're missing Magician's Circle which is very useful in a spellcaster deck. Plus, Magicians Unite powers up one of your spellcasters to 3000 ATK, but the drawback is that your other spellcasters can't attack and you need 2 face-up attack position spellcasters.

my brother and i were playing a game of duel monsters / yu gi oh. he attacked me with a monster with 2000 atk points i currently and regenerating mummy and spirit reaper on the field, he attacked my regenerating mummy and i used magical arm shield he said i cant use it because i have to have exactly one monster on the field because the card says if you have A monster meaning only one. do you think he's correct and if i take control of a monster in his side of the field in atk position and the monsters attack is 1800 does ho lose thew life points or do i lose the life points because if u attack relingquish the equipped monster dies and the owner loses the life points

Add Mobius, Raiza, and Granmarg since those are pretty useful. Also, D.D. Survivor is useful since he comes back when he's removed from play. I would also recommend Helios since that doesn't burn out your summon for the turn. That way, you can sacrifice Helios and bring out Caius or Kuraz. Or maybe even Delg now that he's out there. Delg is actually pretty useful since it removes cards from play from their Graveyard and sends 2 cards from their Deck to their Graveyard. As long as Macro Cosmos or either Banisher is out on the field, those cards are removed from play.

Is there any true mental disorder behind wanting to be a teenage mother?

Before you jump to it, I AM NOT TRYING TO GET PREGNANT and I know how hard it is to have/raise a child. I'm only a teenager, but I have six younger siblings, have babysat for about three years (including long, long days, feeding, baths, changing, bed-time, nap-times) I know the cost of having a child and I work in a birthing center/have seen the pain women go through to have children. I know that I'm too young, and not mature enough, and can't support a child in any way, but I know for a fact there is this stupid part of me that's dying to have a child to love and care for. Someone that looks up to me and that I can coddle almost no matter what. My parents are good parents, but I want to be different, and I also can't stand people telling me what to do. I think I'm trying to make myself believe having a child means I'll be making the rules and choosing how to raise him/her, but I just long for having a baby in my arms, and taking care of them 24 hours. But I know that I am NOT financially prepared, nor do I have a boyfriend,and about two friends that would hardly support me while having a child. Is this some type of mental disorder or is it normal? I find myself getting upset for wanting a child, and I also have this urge to become a single mother even. I'm a fiction writer, so I have that big imagination, but I truly don't like being miserable because some part of me is dying to be a mother. And please don't advise me to find out how hard it really is to be a mother-- I've taken care of my siblings over night, cleaned up puke, washed the crayon off of the wall, and have listened to the 3-hour screaming all night before. 23, without children, thinking about puting the MIrena IUD in...?

I am considering getting the Mirena put in on Tuesday as my method of BC. I am getting married in three months, never had children, never had a partner before, my fiance has never had a partner before. I hear a lot of talk about possible infertility caused by the Mirena and about Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) causing infertility. I dont know much about PID, but is there any way that I can reduce my risk of getting PID? I would like to have children in a couple of years and really do not want to ruin my chances of having them. But the Mirena, for many other reasons, seems like the best choice thus far (progesteron only, thickening of mucus, possibly not letting me ovulate, low dosage, less mood effects, and the hormones do not have to be processed through my liver). any thoughts or suggestions?

Today when I was at work, I noticed my eye becoming very sensitive. It didn't hurt or anything. Just simply annoying. I came home, and it got worse. So i took out my contact and that made it even WORSE. It's very watery, red, and irritated. I looked up the symptoms of an ulcer, but I'm not sensitive to light or have blurred vision. When I put my contact back in, it helps A LOT. Almost like it's shielding my eye from something. It seems like it could be a small cut or something. Any help?

Balsamic reduction sauce?

First, I am a hack in the kitchen but really enjoy listening to those at my table moan with pleasure as they eat my food. With that said...I have a question about making a balsamic vinegar reduction sauce. Most instructions I have read tells me to reduce by half. How can you tell you are there with out measuring ? It seams to really thicken up more and more as it cools. I have tried several times and have either ended up with way too thick, caramel, or too thin. Switching days and nights?

Babies at that age should be sleeping about 20 hours per day. At this point, it's too early to try and force them to eat or sleep at a certain time. However, to encourage proper sleep patterns, I would have my kids take naps in the living room where it was bright and sunny and still around everyday noise and sleep at night in the dark. It wasn't until about 7-8 weeks were they sleeping through the night and up a little bit more during the day. Be patient, they will be awake and more fun during the day soon enough and then you'll realize how nice it was when they slept most of the time.

yes, staples are neccesary. My philosophy on heroes: keep elemental heroes apart, keep destiny heroes apart, keep neo spacians with neos apart keep evill heroes mostly apart. If they all mix together, you end up with a huge, heroic, fusiony, effecty, contact fusion, evil mess. There are so many heroes out there, it is difficult to put them all into one deck effectively. If you stick with one sub-archetype (you could say), making a good deck is tons easier. then, you can add staples.

How to stop mic from picking up background noise?

I recently bought a Rode VideoMic (http://rodemic.com/microphone.php?product=VideoMic) for filming. The mic seems to pic up sounds from behind and directly to the sides of it. I want to be able to film and not have to worry about the picking up any noise made by the camera operator or any other noises coming from behind. And yes, I know that getting the mic off the camera and onto a boom is ideal, but sometimes it isn't an option. I was just wondering if there is anyway to change this? Maybe something i could make?? I originally though of some type of conic shield I could attach to the base of the mic to filter out sounds coming from those directions. I don't know if that would work, and if it could, what would be ideal to make it out of to prevent the sounds from transferring from the shield to the mic itself. Should I ask the parents to stop putting her in diapers?

I have been a nanny full-time for this family with two children (3 & 4) for the past year now. When I first started working for them I made it my mission to get these children potty trained. The oldest, a boy, was the first to get potty trained and I received a bonus for successfully getting him trained. The youngest, a girl, would be fully potty trained by now if their parents would stop buying them diapers and make her wear big girl undies full time. When I first started working here they put the boy in diapers all day long and as soon as I would get to work he would poop in his pants even though he was 3 and a half at the time and knew that poop and pee was supposed to go in the potty. So I finally convinced the parents to stop putting the boy in diapers during the day and now they just put him in diapers at night and he is doing great pooping and peeing in the potty. The little girl however is in diapers every day without fail when I arrive to work and if I don't set a potty-timer for every 30 minutes then without a doubt she would go in her diaper. She still does not poop on the potty, most of the time she will run into her closet and hide and poop in her diaper right before the potty timer goes off. She loves wearing big girl underwear and I try to always put her in them but then their mom will get home and get upset if she's in them if they're going to go to the park or something. I just don't understand because it's like their parents are regressing them every time they put them back in diapers and with diapers being so expensive I can't imagine why they aren't focusing more on getting the girl completely potty trained. I'm with them 30-40 hours a week every week so while I'm here I make a huge effort to ensure they're going on the potty every 30 minutes and I really try to watch out for poops because I hate cleaning it up but in my opinion a 3.5 year old girl and 4.5 year old boy really do not need to be in diapers at all and I know these children well enough to know they would do great if they would just be in underwear all of the time. It's like the parents don't want to put any effort forth towards training them though and must see it as my responsibility. They don't even discipline them at all, the children are angels all day long while I'm here and then as soon as their mom gets home they start acting like wild banshees and throwing extreme temper tantrums because the mom just gives into them and coddles them the whole time. The whole situation is driving me crazy, I feel like I make such great progress with them while I'm here and then I go home and their mom lets them do whatever they want so the next day when I get to work I have to start all over again yunno?

However, Joseph's high standing might not have occurred but for the evil act of his brothers. Were Joseph's brother's purpose for evil to uplift good for generations with this story of triumph, faith and hope? If evil had not influenced creation, would good would merely exist on its own merit, unhampered for eternity? For every great accomplishment of good, there is usually some aspect of evil that had or has to be restricted, overcome, shielded, refined or somehow domesticated for the civilization and goodness of man. Man himself serves his interests through both acts of good and evil. Even without regard for faith, change among civilizations is the product of both good and evil whatever the origins of this dual component of man's intellect and prowess. Maybe evil is allowed or permitted for the accomplishment of good. Let's all truly hope that good is meant to travail, but even then hell, Hades is suppose to eventually be composed of all evil.

Ive made characters myself. my fave character that I have made is named Ryley Ambrosia. she is half valkyrie & half witch. she is in a wiccan covent. since she is a valkyrie, she has small fangs and pointy ears (like an elf) she has the ability to see the future (soothsayer) & can read peoples minds. she has long black hair, green eyes (changes when feeling certain emotions), a perfect nose, and plump red lips. I don't like my girlfriend's dog but I really see a future with her?

first of all, ladies, don't give me the "get over and don't give her an ultimatum" thing "because you'll lose every time" please. I know that and I'm not looking to rob her of her relationship with her dog. The thing is I really like this girl but when it comes to the dog, in any sense really, I'm not in love with the situation. She coddles him too much like a baby so he gets away with murder. When we kiss, he literally snaps at my face and she strokes his heads and tells him to calm down. When we're lying down in the bedroom, he comes in and scratches the side of the bed and cries cries cries and she says "we just have to ignore it". I understand what's going on - I'm stealing her attention from him. He resents me and is trying anything to win her affection back when I'm around. He sleeps in bed with her and the last time they were in my car, there was dog hair everywhere and the little guy dug his nails in my leather seats (a bit inconsiderate). Now I know I'm going to have this conversation soon but, as I've stated, I really like this girl a ton and want to do it in a respectful way but to be as clear as I can be: the dog needs to be put in his place. Too much dog hair really bothers me - I'm tired of rolling the sticker rollers over my clothes after every visit. I don't want to sleep in a bad with a dog and, frankly in my family, if a dog nips at your face, he's hit on the nose hard because he's a dog and dog's understand conditioning (not "calm down" while stroking his fur). I feel for you. I grew up with parents who fought all the time and it definitely affected me as a grown woman. Marriage was very scary to me because I had terrible role models growing up. I think you will find your way if you just remember the situation you are in is temporary. I know you love your parents but it is not your responsibility to make them happy. It is up to them. Go for a jog with him around the neighbourhood. Start of with a 1km jog and progressively increase it by a km every week. He'll lose weight really quickly that way. And one easy way is drink green tea. He's 10 so he should drink around a cup or two a day....that speeds up a person's metabolism and its very healthy. Another important factor is to start eating healthy. Don't feed him any mcdonalds or any junk food..always choose the healthier option. He should also eat 5-6 small meals a day and not 3 large meals. Get him to stop playing video games or limit the time with that or the TV and encourage him to set goals.

All you need to do is keep reading and writing, then maybe when you're thirty five and actually have some life experience to draw from you can ask for the quality of writing. Here's the tip I found has actually improved my writing the most: hide it. Hide it somewhere you'll find it in six months or a year. Don't search it out. Don't think about where you might have put it. After all that time has passed, after having read another author, after having written other things, then you can read it as if it weren't your own, and hopefully you'll have a better understanding of what is wrong with that. (BTW a single kit in a litter isn't something to be proud of for a cat)

If you flat iron your hair or blow dry it, to it at night so that when you sleep it recovers from heat. Sleep heals your body more than anything and it's good for your hair. I used biotin tried eating healthy...it might have made a difference but I never saw it. Using the hair products I mentioned helped me & now I have my mom on it because she is getting old and her hair was thinning up. try it & good luck:)

Hello Yahoo Answerers, I'm 16 years old, my long distant girlfriend is also 16. We've been dating for about 2 months. We text, we skype, we talk on the phone. She stopped communicating for 2 weeks. But of course the plot thickens? This girl I liked before this relationship told me how much she liked me. I've liked this girl for around 4 years. My 2 yr old daughter has recently been diagnosed with oligoarticular arthritis?

I'm in shock, can anyone please share any experience with this. Long story but my daughter has always walked with an intermittent limp for 12 months, I took her the doctors who shrug it off and said its because she was just learning to walk. I took her to A&E 4 weeks ago as her ankle was swollen, only after they tried to take bloods she also could not straghten her arm. I was so shocked as never noticed this before, after various tests she was diagnosed with oligo arthritis, obviously this was a big shock and I feel so guilty. She had steroid injections in her joints 2 weeks ago, the consultant told me i'd be amazed with the results but although her arm is slightly straighter she still has a slight limp. She's been crying with pain in her arm the last few days but still been giving her ibuprofen. I feel like I've been left to deal with this, I have not yet had an appt to see the consultant, opthalmologist or physiotherapist. Am i being too impatient? i'm findin it hard to deal with and would love to hear any stories? The main problem I have is that there are no answers, every child is different but I worry that as she has it early it will be aggressive, i don't know if it will spread to other joints and must admit I try to keep things as normal but can't help molly coddling her. Is there any forums anyone could recommend for other this. My partner doesn't want me to as may be upset by stories but I need to know good and bad experiences. Thanks

My son was exactly the same way at that age, I was with him 24/7. Now he is 11 months and is better but when he wants mommy he wants mommy. He is fine when other people watch him but might have a couple mins of crying. When I take him somewhere to be watched I have the person take him in another room so he doesn't see me leave. I believe it is separation anxiety even at that age.

I would agree, use a round brush when blow drying the hair. I use paul mitchells volumizing spray, it drys your hair at the root which gives it lift. A cream would weigh your hair down.. You could also tease it, use hairspray, or bend your flat iron at the root of your hair to give it height. Or simply talk to your hairstylist:)

I will advise a different type of therapy. I have worked with and helped clients with very similar thoughts and feelings. And I don't believe in coddling. All that does is make matters worse. The therapy I would advise is Hypnotherapy. A good Hypnotherapist would be able to work with you to find where the feelings come from and why. Then they would help you change them for yourself. No one can do it for you so don't misunderstand what I am saying. A good Hypnotherapist can help you help yourself. Most Therapist will feed you the same BS you have already mentioned. If you want to have a chance at a happy life, seek a good Hypnotherapist and make your life happy. You can't change the past or what has already happened to you but you can change what happens from now on. Good luck and I hope you get help for this and make your life happy.

Alright, first off I've had diarrhea for a couple of days after leaving the hospital so I took some immodium, which is supposed to slow the bowels down and thicken up the stool. Maplestory stops working?

My Maple Story hasn't been working but I don't really know what is causing it to not work since I last played before the Mechanics patch. My problem is that every time I would launch the game from the website, it would give me a message saying that Maple Story has stop working and would give me another message saying The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000096). I later tried the game launcher but it says the game has stop working and says that it couldn't locate the game installation path. When I launch these applications, nothing happens except for the error messages. The hack shield wouldn't appear. I checked the processes and it would show the maple story process and would show multiple of them, the more I launch them. I change the properties of the application by unchecking the compatibility mode and checking the privilege mode. I run them as administrator and it still doesn't work. I'm using Vista 32-bit.

6 month old jack russell afraid of being outside?

I am having a very serious problem with my 6 month old JRT. A garbage truck came down my street yesterday and scared the daylight out of my dog. Since then he absolutely freaks out whenever i take him out. His tail goes between his legs and he constantly pulls back towards my apartment. He has always been afraid of passing cars and I can't seem to break him out of it. I was able to walk him around the apartment complex avoiding the streets but now, no matter where I take him he goes nuts. He is even starting to go to the bathroom in the apartment again because he can't calm down enough to go outside. I just brought him back in and he fell right to sleep where normally he would be extremely energetic. I don't coddle him when he goes nuts or pay any attention to his behavior because I don't want to reinforce his fear but I am at a loss for what to do.

The best thing I can think of with the sweets thing is like my brother did with his daughter, take them out of the house and start using other sweets... keep fruits around more as the sweet snacks, these are great for calorie watching and taste good too, even if you use very small amounts of fruit dip, as well as vegetables again with SMALL amounts of dip. I would not recommend "adult diets" South Beach Diet, diet pills or anything like that... they are not meant for children that young. Drink more 100% juices grape, grapefruit(not so tasty but it eats fat...), and apple, the sweeter they taste he may like them and not realize how great it is for him, and water is always great. Not that I would encourage you to discourage your child, but maybe sit with him and talk to him about it, and not letting him poke the fun at himself about it. Make the activities fun and exciting too. If he really likes video games, try the dance games for WII and X-Box, they are very active, fun and hey he may not even realize the great work out he is doing because he thinks its just a video game. My legs are Very skinny and I hate it, Everyone tells me to "just eat" but I do, its hard for me to gain weight, however lately I have put on a few pounds. 5 at the most. Raising a 4 yr old...any advice (esp filipino, tagalog speakers)?

I guess the best place would be to start at the beginning. My wife and I met while I was stationed overseas. She lived in the Philippines while I was still in Japan. We got pregnant after marriage and she wanted to have her family with her when she gave birth so the baby was born in the Philippines. She was living with her family in one place as typical for filipinos so the baby had constant attention, especially from her mom. Due to some difficulties with immigration and missing paperwork, it wasnt until this year that we were able to bring the child home with us. He is now 4. I was able to visit quite a few times while he was in the Philippines. My wife's immigration was already completed so she had been working here in the US with me to save money to send home for her family. In any event, our son understood he needed to come home with his parents so we brought him back here and hes now been here with us for 3 days. It was a big change for me especially since Ive not had any time with him really so Im learning to be a dad for the first time. The other issue is that he speaks mostly Tagalog which is native language over there. He speaks a little English but I worry about what will happen when preschool times comes, which is right around the corner. Ive never trained anyone to speak, Im not sure if flash cards will work or how Im supposed to go about this? I dont want him falling behind because hes not a native English speaker. So far hes been pretty good. He plays and Ive had a day or two where mommy can sleep and Ill take him to the park with me. He doesnt ask for her and as long as I keep him entertained, seems fine. Oh yeah, with this all in mind, I shouldnt be expecting much sleep during these years correct? I just want to be sure I know what to expect. Seems like hes super active really late into the night. People have told me I should sleep as much as I can when he sleeps. Seems like hell wake up for 8 hours, take a nap and then up for another 8 hours. Its been hard cuz my wife and I are kind of on different schedules that way. She stays up with him at night for the last 4 hours or so because she can get him to sleep by coddling him. Doesnt do that with me so I usually crash a few hours before her. Then when he wakes up, Ill send her to the bedroom so that she can sleep and I try and take him out of the house somewhere to play so he can use up some energy. Its tough in WA, the weather is always so bad its hard to find places outside to take him...ideas? I guess Im just wondering if this is all normal, if the sleep thing will be something the wife and I will have to make the best of while hes this age and also if anyone is filipino reading this, if you have any suggestions for teaching him English now that hes here? Okay, So me and a couple friends with planning a trip to canada. I'm 16 almost 17 andi found out that my thyroid level is at 5.6 when the normal levels are 0.5-5.5 so my doctor said that i am at a borderline very high level. I have noticed that my hair has been thinning on my crown area of my head and i've done some research and found out that hair loss can happen when your thyroid levels are high. Hyperpigentation or sun damage..?

Okay, so I have freckles...I usually get the after I have been in the sun for hours and hours, not really easily. I just dont really burn as easily as some other people either. I really have no idea. Anyway I am looking for a product that will heal my skin from that sun damage and eliminate it. Because to me its just that sun damage. I've been told a million times before that they're beautiful and people around me call them 'angel kisses'. Honestly it just seems like patronize and coddling to me. I am not posting this because I am fishing for compliments or reassurance. I am looking for actual suggestions and because I dont want to waste time and money on something that doesnt work. For major horror/movie buffs- What's the title! ?

About 8-9 years ago I've seen this pretty good psychological horror film with my cousin, but we don't remember the title and I really want to re-watch it, as it was pretty good (at least that's how I remember it. I think the main character, a woman psychologist or smth like that is going to her cabin (it's winter time) with her husband and younger sister. I should say there was no famous actors in the movie, at least I think it was lesser known actors. When she gets to the cabin, she catches husband and sister having sex. This is where the plot thickens and I have holes in my memory, but I remember there are burglairs, and they come on snow scooters and terrorise the trio, making the husband and sister have sex again in front of the main character. I think everyone dies except the main character, and it later turns out that there were no burglair-criminals, but when she saw them having sex she had a freak-out and imagined the whole thing and killed them, there's a guy talking in her head, she has visual hallucinations. Anyway, at the end she cuts off her finger with some sort of tool cause the guy she hallucinates tells her to and that's how it ends. Thanks in advance! ;)

Pain and Can`t Really Breath in Chest and Dry in Ear?

So today I have really bad allergies. Now I can not really breath and there is sometimes a pain in my sorta throat/chest. I have never got this symptoms. Second for a week or two the behind of my ear has been sorta peeling and it gets worse everyday. I pick it out then it sometimes comes back like a hour later. It is only on one so not in the other. It will sorta start to hurt. This couldn't be the sun and it is dry. I have tried polysporin/Vaseline and has not work. I am not sure if I Shields go to the doctor or not.

hi guys. just need some advice. i went off the pill recently. my last period was 13th may. i took a test a week or so ago and it said i was pregnant. i took another 3 to make sure. i went and had a ultrasound to see if they could see anything but they said they couldnt see a sac but some thing was thickening which apparently was a good sign. however my doctor rang me yesterday and wanted me to come in. i did and she said because there was no sac things are not looking good. she thinks im just having a late period with a false pregnancy test... but remember i took 4 in total.... i asked could it just be that i was to early and she said maybe but she doubts it. this has really upset me as im recently married and this is our first baby. i went for a blood test today and have to go for another friday and go back to doctors monday for results of the hcg levels. but it may sound weird but i kinda feel pregnant. im feeling bloated all the time, tired, constipated, sore nipples....just no morning sickness etc. could the doctor be wrong and i am just early then what i thought (so instead of 5 weeks could only be 3-4 etc)...

There a few accessible spots that could be higher. One is a trail in Luskville that leads to a fire-tower. Another is much closer to the Champlain Lookout. Go to the Camp Fortune ski hills. There is a rough track (negotiable with care in a car in summer) past the Marshall and Clifford slopes that leads up to the broadcast antenna. You could also try the King Mountain trail which leads from a parking lot along the parkway.
