What the best mascara that does everything? (thickens, lengths, waterproof)?

Honestly, I've spent a lot of money on expensive mascaras from make-up counters, and I think the best mascara is Cover Girl Lash Blast, found in drug stores for about $10. Clinique has good mascara, but its about $25. The one by cover girl does everything and its cheaper. It comes in waterproof, also.
