Letter to a depressed/suicidal person?

i once read on the internet a "letter to a depressed/suicidal person". i cant remember the title but that is the gist of it. it stood out to me because it didnt have the coddling tone thats normally used in that sort of thing, rather it was matter of fact and a bit blunt while still being empathetic. i am trying to find it again, does that sound familiar to anybody?
