Ibuprofen before elbow surgery?!?

So I am getting elbow surgery tommorow at 2 and I took Ibuprofen early! I totally forgot and now I dont know what to do. There arent any other times I can do the surgery. Can I still get the surgery or is it too risky? Is there any way I can thicken my blood? Will the doctor even perform surgery knowing I had ibuprofen? Please HELP! Thank you so much.
