Why did my eye lashes thicken when I stopped eating meat?

I've been trying out this raw vegan diet and so far I feel a lot better. One thing I noticed is that my acne went away and my eye lashes...keep growing..and growing...? What causes the eyelashes to grow and nails to grow super fast?
