Am i on my moms medical insurance?

I am 19 enrolling into college next month and I was wondering if i am on my moms medical insurance. She has the family plan from blue cross blue shield but we do not know if I am on her because of all the medical changes. I do not have a job and i would really love to get into the docs and get diagnosed with OCD and not have to pay for it. I live in AZ with my mom
